The Local Historical Collection is a repository of primary and secondary source materials that further the understanding of the civic, social, religious, cultural, political, and economic life of General Santos City, past and present. The Local History Collection gathers, organizes, catalogs, and makes accessible to the public documents and publications that reflect the activities, events, places, organizations, institutions, and services of the General Santos City community.
