Administrative, Technical and Records Sections

The 2nd floor of the annex building is solely for the library staff working for:

  • Administrative section – budget preparation and utilization; maintenance of equipment, furniture and supplies; and many other administrative works.
  • Technical section – cataloging, classification, and processing of books; repairing/binding of books; inventory and others.
  • Records section – responsible for keeping and controlling records or documents created and received by the City Public Library.
